To help shoppers easily find their way and discover what’s on offer, we designed a custom interactive wayfinding kiosk tailored specifically to the centre’s needs.
With more than 60 million visits over 30 years, Dress Smart Auckland required a solution that matched its scale and reputation — making it simple for visitors to locate their favourite stores while encouraging exploration across the centre.
The centre’s distinctive double-loop layout can be tricky to navigate, particularly for first-time visitors. We developed five interactive touch-screen kiosks positioned at key locations throughout the mall, each featuring a clean, intuitive interface that allows shoppers to search for stores, browse by category, and plan their route with ease.
Built on a flexible CMS, the system also enables staff to seamlessly update store information and promotions as the centre continues to evolve.
