We worked closely with New Plymouth District Council to design a clear, intuitive Payments Kiosk interface that’s easy to use for people of all ages and abilities. Simplicity and accessibility were key, allowing users to confidently navigate the payment process and complete transactions quickly in a public setting.

The end-to-end UX and UI were carefully considered, from clear screen flows and instructions to strong visual hierarchy and accessibility-focused design. The result is a reliable self-service solution that supports in-person bill payments and integrates seamlessly into council-owned spaces across the city.
